Hi, I’m Doron Tzur, founder of ClaryNext. I help individuals and teams rethink and redesign their thinking and behavior patterns using ClaryNext’s emerging methodology—rooted in systems engineering rather than traditional coaching or therapy.
Through a structured, collaborative process, we’ll uncover how you currently think and act, and work together to clarify and improve these patterns in alignment with your goals, values, and context.
My background includes mathematics, physics, software development, statistics, negotiation, conflict resolution, mediation, business development, entrepreneurship, education, and systems engineering. I am also interested in philosophy, psychology, self-development, AI, history, political science, and wise governance.
My doctoral research explores how to accelerate the development of young people’s ability to intentionally shape themselves, their lives, and their environment (“autoenginuity”) to align with their circumstances, needs, goals, and values. The research is conducted within the Systems Engineering program at the Faculty of Engineering.
